Here is a tip: to see if the 80D0041 voltage adapter may be bad, Unplug the adapter totally and see if the system works correctly with just the batteries installed in the 80D0005 command center. If it does, try replacing the voltage adapter. The adapter should read 6 volts dc when using a multimeter touching the two outer pins on the 5 pin plug.
